How does the guarantee work?

Do I need to replace all my software?
No. We start with the tools you already use. If an app can do a job better or replace an extra subscription, we discuss that together. But usually we just use the API or MCP to integrate it into the system.
Will AI send things without me checking?
We decide that for each workflow. But typically customer messages and public content can wait for your approval. Routine background tasks can run on their own when you’re ready.
What else will I pay for?
To move fast I need my own Claude, Codex & SuperGrok accounts in your business (approx $500 extra). But then you have full access to everything I do in those accounts. Plus there might be some small hosting, AI usage, and any paid tools are separate from my build fee unless your proposal says otherwise. We agree on the setup and expected running costs before the build. I've never seen my solutions cost more than what you're currently paying. In many cases we reduce software costs by 50% or more.

That’s a good reason to start with the AI Audit. We connect your tools and make a ranked list of the first ten workflows worth building. Plus... all you need to do is ask yourself this question: What is my #1 bottleneck?... and we start there.
What happens after I apply?
I review the application and contact you to discuss fit and next steps. Applying does not commit you to a purchase.
