These terms govern your use of this website and any services offered by BigMoves Pty Ltd (“BigMoves AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an Australian company based in Queensland. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
About this site
Content, pricing, and offers described here ... including the Start with AI setup and done-for-you automation services ... are general information, not a binding offer. No engagement exists until scope, deliverables, and fees have been agreed in writing.
Enquiries and applications
Submitting the Work with Mitch application form is an enquiry, not a contract. We may ask follow-up questions before agreeing to any engagement.
The 40-hour guarantee
Where a 40-hour saving is referenced on this site, it is offered as a guarantee subject to terms ... including the baseline, measurement method, and your participation ... that are explained and agreed with you on a discovery call before any engagement begins. No guarantee applies until those terms have been set out and accepted in writing.
Payments
Where you purchase the Start with AI service, payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are as stated at checkout, in the currency shown. Fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, except where you’re entitled to a remedy that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
All content on this site ... including text, graphics, and case study material ... belongs to BigMoves Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigMoves Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
