BigMoves Pty Ltd is an Australian company based in Queensland, operating this website and the services described on it. This policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
What we collect
We only collect personal information you give us directly, through the enquiry forms on this site.
Application drafts are kept in this browser tab’s session storage while you fill out the form. We also store a light/dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device and contains no personal information. We don’t use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.
Why we collect it
We use your information to assess and respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver the services you request, process payment for the Start with AI service, and communicate with you about your enquiry or engagement. Applying doesn’t subscribe you to any newsletter, and we don’t use your details for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with Stripe, Inc. only to process payment for the Start with AI service. Stripe may store and process this information outside Australia, under its own privacy policy. Application details may also be processed by our hosting, database, and email delivery providers to save your enquiry and notify Mitch. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, and retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and deliver any agreed service.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing mitch@mitchasser.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
