I saved 104 hours in 7 days with these 2 tools...

It's not Claude Code. It's not Cowork.

It's the same two tools I've been using since the start.

Airtable and n8n.

Last week we were deep in prep for the AI Content Creator Summit. 23+ speakers, sessions, promo assets, the works.

The system we've built on Airtable + n8n saved us 104 hours in 7 days.

I use Claude every day.
I max out my plan most days.

And I still think Airtable + n8n is more powerful for the work that actually moves the business.

1. The outputs are more accurate.
Claude threads drift. Give it long enough and you're re-prompting your instructions, re-pasting brand details, fixing the same mistakes you fixed yesterday. A proper n8n workflow doesn't drift. It runs the same way every time.

2. Dashboards and historical data.
Airtable lets me train team members fast, see where everything is at in real time, and look back at what happened 3 months ago. Claude threads disappear into the void.

3. Build once, scale forever.
These workflows are create-and-forget. When a new AI model drops, it gets swapped in dynamically. We stack dozens on top of each other to replace entire roles.

That's how 104 hours disappears in a week.
