Anthropic PM just told me I'm a Claude Cloud power user (this is what I'm doing)
Turns out I’m a power user of Claude Code in the cloud.
Here’s what it actually looks like.
Why I work in the cloud
Cloud sessions let me work on 3-5 projects at the same time.
Without frying my laptop.
That alone is worth it. But the bigger thing is what happens when I walk away.
I’ve had projects run for 30+ hours on their own, with no input from me.
I was travelling from one country to another while it kept building.
The loop
I don’t trust AI code blindly.
So every PR gets an automated check with CodeRabbit.
Claude pushes.
CodeRabbit reviews.
Claude fixes.
CodeRabbit reviews again.
It catches the obvious errors and bugs before I ever look at them.
By the time I’m back, the dumb stuff has already been dealt with.
Coming back
When I’m ready to work again, I prompt it for a rundown.
What’s been built.
What I need to manually check.
Then I check it…
Usually make a UI change.
Then prompt it to continue.
The work keeps moving whether I’m at my desk or not.
The annoying part
Now here’s the thing…
It isn’t perfect.
The most annoying part of this whole process was having to download everything and make local changes for a few connections.
It rarely went smoothly.
You get all that autonomous work done in the cloud, then you hit a wall at the very end where you’re back to doing it by hand on your own machine.
But it looks like Claude is now working on improving this.
Here’s the email from one of the PMs at Claude:
I’ll test it and let you know how it goes.
The takeaway
This isn’t just for coding.
It’s why the people building code first systems and products are becoming 10x more productive than everyone else.
Cloud environments are just one example. The same thinking applies to your workflows, your tools and the way your business runs.
Holding onto legacy software and the old ways of doing things is getting in the way of your growth and your profit margins.
That’s what I help my clients work on. Building AI first workflows, tools and systems.
If you want help with that, you can find out more at mitchasser.com. If not, no worries.
Is anyone else using cloud environments?
Hit reply and tell me how you’re setting it up. I’m curious what’s working and what’s breaking for you.

P.S. BTW I dropped a new video this week that shows you how to replace Loom within 10 minutes. Watch it here
