Overdue: I’ve started a new company

Well this update is well overdue…

It’s been a while since I’ve sent out a newsletter, and a lot has changed.

The Last Few Months: A Big Shift

First off, I sold my previous company! I’m not sure how much I can publicly share just yet, the deal is done, and it’s time for the next chapter.

I made the move because that business no longer aligned with my vision. So, where am I headed now?

BigMoves.io—a marketplace designed to help people buy and sell AI automations.

(Sidenote: I did spend 2 weeks travelling to some of my favorite local beach getaways in Australia drinking cocktails and eating expensive steak dinners with friends as a reward, but now I’m more eager than ever to get back to work and build something great.)

Why BigMoves.io?

Over the past year, I’ve come to realize that the way businesses are built is changing rapidly. If you’ve been in business for a decade like I have, you might still be thinking in traditional ways.

But the future? It’s all about AI and automation.

While tools like Canva and WordPress made it easier for anyone to create, what’s coming next in AI automation is 10x more powerful.

I truly believe that within a year or two, every member of your team could be 10x more productive.

Yet, most businesses won’t embrace this shift.

Why? Resistance to change. It’s human nature.

Those who do lean into AI advancements—AI automations, AI agents—are going to build businesses that the old guard simply can’t compete with.

They’ll be lean. They’ll be agile. And they’ll be wildly profitable.

ChatGPT is Only the Start

While ChatGPT gets a lot of attention, it’s just a small part of the bigger picture.

ChatGPT alone won’t make your business 10x more productive, but combine it with AI automations and AI agents, and that’s where the magic happens.

The big challenge? Most people don’t know what’s possible.

If you’re not deep in the tech forums, you probably aren’t aware of the many automations that could transform your business.

And here’s the second problem: most people think they need to know how to code or hire expensive developers to do this.

But that’s not true—especially when you start with pre-made templates.

What BigMoves.io Will Do

BigMoves.io is designed to solve these problems.

• We’ll find the tech experts who can build powerful automations.
• We’ll package their knowledge into easy-to-follow templates and training.
• We’ll give you the tools to implement these automations, even if you’re not a tech expert.
• And soon… we’ll have tools available that will build these automations automatically for you – ha!

Right now the website is getting built, and I’m onboarding builders to contribute to the platform.

Plus we’ll be creating a new YouTube video strategy to ensure we keep the education completely free and accessible to everyone.

I’ve had some wild experiences, made plenty of mistakes, and learned a ton along the way.

This time, I’m documenting it all—the wins, the failures, and the lessons.

My goal? To help myself stay grounded and, hopefully, to help you in the process.
