Check yo-self before you wreck yo-self 👀

It’s nice when a plan comes together… even if it wasn’t the original plan.

If you’ve been following along, you know this month’s BigMoves marketplace launch was a bit of a mess.

Too many moving pieces.
Too much complexity.
Too focused on “launching”…
Rather than launching right!

So I did something that younger Mitch would have hated: I slowed down and checked myself!

Instead of pushing forward with everything, I went back to what was working – Content Automation OS.

Stripped it down.
Rebuilt it.
Made it simpler.
Faster.
Better.

This week, we relaunched.

The response? Better than I could have hoped.

Sales are flowing in, but more importantly, the feedback has been incredible.

The setup time has dropped from hours to minutes, and people are actually excited to use it.

I also published a complete walkthrough of the new version on YouTube. It’s currently tracking to be my highest-performing video ever.

If you haven’t watched it yet, you can check it out here:

A Raw Insight

Here’s something interesting I’m noticing:

Even though revenue is still relatively low to my previous businesses, operations are already becoming a bottleneck.

Customer support, product updates, community management – it all needs systems and processes.

It’s a unique position to be in.

I can see exactly where the constraints will hit when we scale up.

Younger Mitch would have ignored this and pushed for growth anyway.

But I’m learning that sometimes the mature move is to build the foundation before you build the house.

I’ve spent enough time fixing things that broke during scaling.
This time, we’re doing it right from the start.

Maybe that’s what they call growing as a founder.
Or maybe I’m just tired of cleaning up my own mess.

Either way, it feels right.

More updates next week,
Mitch

P.S. Do you launch digital products? (courses, templates, events, workshops)…

If so hit reply, I’ve got something coming in the next few weeks and I’d love to get your insight on something.
