[BTS] Rebuilding From The Ground Up 🏗️

Sometimes the best way to improve something is to break it down completely and start fresh.

That’s exactly what we did this week with the Massive Moves Membership.
(the old page is still up for the next few hours but it will be changing soon)

After last week’s strategy session and mapping out our new direction, I realized something important: Our membership wasn’t built for where we’re going. It was built for where we were.

So we went full demolition mode.

You know those home renovation shows where they strip everything back to the studs? That’s what this week felt like.

The big realization came when I started mapping out what members actually need versus what we were giving them. The gap was… substantial.

Here’s what became crystal clear:

  1. People need more education about AI automation – yes! But mostly they need practical workflows and ideas they can implement today in existing processes
  2. The “figure it out yourself” approach isn’t working – implementation support needs to be baked into everything we do
  3. The tools landscape is overwhelming – we needed to source better deals for our community

The interesting part? This rebuild process has reinforced everything about our pivot. Every decision we made last week about moving away from the marketplace model just keeps proving itself right.

The more interesting thing? New opportunities keep presenting themselves. Including a new partner feature we secured to give our members some incredible discounts and deals for software tools.

(Side note: Existing members are getting grandfathered in at their current rates when we launch the new version. It felt like the right way to thank them for being part of this journey.)

Now… If you’re wondering “is this just a sales pitch?” – nope! Just sharing the journey.

However, I will say, that if you want to lock in the most valuable “grandfathered” offer that you’ll ever see in the AI automation space then you probably want to secure the membership now.

I plan to put the new website and salespage live tomorrow morning when I wake up. And the current price will disappear forever…

There won’t be any warnings!

Keep building,
Mitch

P.S. Next week might be a sales email though 😉 – the new offer will be live after all…

About that sales email I promised 😉
