I’m the type of entrepreneur with a million ideas. My biggest challenge my entire life has been taming the idea beast. And focusing. On just one idea at a time. But, alas, it doesn’t always work out like that. During the pivot over the last 2 months I’ve tried to do too much all at once. Without going into the details, ultimately, we’ve lost sight of the most important thing that we’re great at: Building great AI automation templates. It’s what I enjoy the most. It’s how I saved my last business that I went on to sell. It’s what users absolutely loved! More than anything this email is a reminder to myself – FOCUS! And maybe it will help you too.
