Here's what happens now.(please read carefully)

New Customers: 

You'll receive 3 emails from us that include;

1. Your invoice.
2. Your welcome email to brand.
3. Your welcome email to the membership platform, Circle, from BigMoves.io with your password.

If you did not receive your password, firstly, ensure you check your junk/spam folder.

However, it's likely because of your email settings. Email providers like iCloud (Apple), or other similar "high privacy" brands are terrible at allowing emails from small businesses. There's nothing we can do about this. We recommend using Gmail or other brands that are more supportive to small businesses. 

If you did not receive your password you have 2 options:

1. Go to the login page and reset your password yourself. It may work.
2. Email us via the contact page. We'll get back to you in 24-48 hours. 

Please do not DM Mitch about password logins. It takes longer than if you were to contact our support team directly and may get missed entirely. 

Existing Customers:

2. Your welcome email to the course.

You must login with your existing password from previous purchases.
